Dorothy Brill, Founder & Principal of Prime People Partners

Founder & Principal

Dorothy Brill

Dorothy Brill is a seasoned HR leader with 25+ years of experience partnering with leadership teams in high-growth and evolving environments.

Most recently, Dorothy served as Chief People Officer at Grayscale Investments, a leading crypto asset manager, where she built and led the people function from the ground up. Prior to that, she held senior HR leadership roles at investment firms including SVPGlobal and Silver Point Capital, and at organizations such as GE and Synapse Group. She began her career in Institutional Sales at Allen & Company, an investment bank, before spending several years as a history and economics teacher and coach at the Harvey School.

Dorothy's expertise spans organizational design, talent strategy, performance management, compensation and benefits, and leadership development. She is known for building strong teams, navigating change, and implementing practical, high-impact solutions — and has designed and delivered highly rated training programs in communication, leadership, and workplace effectiveness.

A natural coach and mentor, Dorothy is energized by helping people and organizations reach their full potential. She holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BA from Williams College.

Nick Couch

Nick Couch brings experience in recruiting, talent development, and HR operations, with a particular focus on helping early-career professionals build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in today's workplace.

Most recently, Nick served as a Recruiter at Point72, where he led searches across the firm's corporate functions and research teams. Earlier in his career, he built and managed campus recruiting programs, coordinating end-to-end internship initiatives and partnering with university career services offices to identify and develop emerging talent.

Nick's expertise spans full-cycle recruiting, process design, onboarding, and interview training, with a track record of building programs that bring structure to fast-moving environments. He is deeply passionate about early-career development and committed to helping individuals navigate the job search process, sharpen their professional skills, and build the foundation for a successful career.

Nick holds a BA from Williams College.
